Although Appendix D of Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution contains 50 low-carbohydrate recipes, we continuously receive requests for more. This page will therefore provide an unlimited compendium of such recipes provided by readers like you.

When you submit a recipe to us, please be sure to include grams of carbohydrate and grams of protein for each component. If you don't know how to do this, please refer to Chapters 9, 10 & 11. And please show the total ounces of protein per serving, based upon 6 grams of protein per ounce of protein food product. Also, it would be nice if you would take credit for your recipes by including your name, initials, and your e-mail address, but this is not mandatory.

If your recipe is published here or in print, you relinquish any rights to monetary compensation. Your only rewards will be the knowledge that you have helped others, and possibly international renown as a great chef!
